Resignation from the Board of Directors of Realkredit Danmark A/S

Margit Würtz, customer adviser, one of the members of the Board of Directors of Realkredit Danmark A/S elected by the employees, retires from her position at Realkredit Danmark A/S at the end of November 2007. In that connection she resigns from the Board of Directors of Realkredit Danmark A/S.

Consequently, Ms Würtz’s substitute, Max Hans Jeppesen, credit adviser, will join the Board of Directors on 1 December 2007.
