Realkredit Danmark fund all lending by issuance of SDRO. SDRO are issued from Capital Centre S to fund fixed rate loans and capped floating rate loans. SDRO are issued from Capital Centre T to fund interest reset loans and adjustable rate loans.
By end 2007, Realkredit Danmark grandfathered existing bonds from the General Capital Centre and ceased further lending in the existing bonds. Since then, there has been only limited lending in this capital centre (series 12R). However, the capital center was closed for new lending in 2022.
