Statement of interest-only periods in Realkredit Danmark series 43D, 63D and 83D

Realkredit Danmark hereby announces a Q2 2006 statement showing interest-only periods in Realkredit Danmark’s interest-only hybrid bonds, 43D, 63D and 83D series.

The reason is that Realkredit Danmark offers what is known as the “clip card scheme” for fixed-rate loans and FlexGaranti® with an interest-only option.

Combined with actual cash flows, the statement provides information on how borrowers choose to schedule interest-only periods.
