Change in the Executive Board of Realkredit Danmark A/S

Thomas Mitchell will resign from the Executive Board of Realkredit Danmark A/S on 1 December 2006 in order to take up a position as head of Business Development at the Danske Bank Group’s Danske Bank DK brand.

Carsten Nøddebo Rasmussen has been appointed member of the Executive Board of Realkredit Dan-mark A/S.

Nøddebo Rasmussen, aged 42, trained with Realkredit Danmark A/S and has been employed since 1984.

Since 2002, he has been head of the Credit department.

In 1989, he was warded a Diploma in Business Organisation.

As from 1 December 2006, the Executive Board of Realkredit Danmark A/S will consist of Sven Holm, Chief Executive Officer, and Carsten Nøddebo Rasmussen, Member of the Executive Board.
