Correction in amount offered on auctions in series 10S

Realkredit Danmark has recorded an error in the calculation of the amounts of mortgage covered bonds (SDROs) in series 10S offered on auction on 10 to 14 December 2007.

This implies that the amount of mortgage covered bonds (SDROs) in series 10S 4 per cent 2011 is reduced by DKK 3,000 m compared to the amount previously announced in compliance with the terms and conditions of Realkredit Danmark’s auction to be held from 10 to 14 December 2007.

Realkredit Danmark has sold mortgage covered bonds (SDROs) in the nominal amount of DKK 2,650 m on 10 December 2007 and DKK 2,650 m on 11 December 2007 in series 10S 4 per cent 2011.

The remaining amount offered will be sold in equal portions during the remaining auctions on 12 to 14 December 2007 at the time previously announced.
