Issuance of mortgage covered bonds (SDRO) via VP Lux in series 10Q, 12Q, 40Q and 41Q

Realkredit Danmark A/S will use VP Lux a subsidiary of Værdipapircentralen A/S located Luxembourg for the issuance and registration of mortgage covered bonds (SDRO) denominated in EUR.

The bonds used for the funding of FlexLån®, RD Euribor3® and RenteDyk™ in euro are issued via VP Lux from 28 October 2008.

For this purpose new ISIN-codes are opened.
