Correction in the coupon rate in 53D and 63D series effective from 1 April 2009

Realkredit Danmark has recorded an error in Company announcement no.

23 in the published coupon rates of series 53D and 63D.

The coupon rate of the 53D and 63D series is fixed until maturity due to the CIBOR mean previously exceeding the specified knock in interest rate.
