Auction of mortgage covered bonds in series 12S and 12Q for the refinancing of RD Cibor6® and RD Euribor3® As previously announced Realkredit Danmark will hold an auction on mortgage covered bonds for the refinancing of RD Cibor6® and RD Euribor3® as of 1 July 2010.

For the refinancing of RD Cibor6® Realkredit Danmark will issue a 2-year mortgage covered bond (SDRO) denominated in DKK in series 12S.

For the refinancing of RD Euribor3® Realkredit Danmark will issue a 1-year mortgage covered bond (SDRO) denominated in EUR in series 12Q.

The auction will be held on a single trading day - Monday 28 June 2010.

The bonds will be offered at the price of 100 at the auction, and bids are therefore made for a fixing spread.

The exact terms and conditions of the auctions and the final amount of bonds to be auctioned are set out in the appendix to this announcement.
