Standard and Poor’s Assigns A- Rating To Bonds Issued Out of Realkredit Danmark'sCapital Centres S and T in Pursuance ofSection 33e of the Act on Mortgage Loansand Mortgage Bonds etc.

Today the rating agency Standard and Poor’s has assigned a A- long-term rating of Realkredit Danmark's issuances of senior debt in pursuance of section 33e of the Act on Mortgage Loans and Mortgage Bonds etc.

As at 19 June 2012 Realkredit Denmark has issued DKK 20 billion worth of senior debt.
