Realkredit Danmark will issue a fixed rate callable mortgage covered bond (SDRO) with a 30 year maturity with a coupon of 3.
50%.
The bond is issued in Danish kroner from Capital Centre S in series 23S and matures October 1th 2044.
The mortgage covered bond is used to fund annuity loans with maturities of 30 years.
