In accordance with the terms of his employment contract, Executive Board member Jens-Erik Corvinius, 61, will retire at the end of July 2012 after 27 years with Realkredit Danmark.
From 1 August 2012, the Executive Board of Realkredit Danmark A/S will consist of Carsten Nøddebo Rasmussen, Chief Executive Officer.
