Due to the new counterparty criteria from the rating agency Standard and Poor’s with transition date 11 January 2013 Realkredit Danmark announces a supplement to the base prospectuses for mortgage covered bonds issued by Realkredit Danmark in Capital Centre S and T.

The supplements concern bank accounts and the required rating of the counterparty.
