Realkredit Danmark will open 12 new mortgage covered bonds (SDRO) for the funding of FlexLån®.
Further, Realkredit Danmark will open 7 new mortgage covered bonds (SDRO) denominated in EUR.
The bonds will be opened to replace similar bonds, registered in VP LUX S.

with an outstanding amount of zero.
The new bonds will be opened in VP Securities A/S.

The final terms of the bonds will be published by announcement of prospectus as soon as they are available.
