1) The CIBOR rate is delivered by Danish Financial Benchmark Facility, DFBF, (the ”Administrator”). The Administrator is included in ESMA’s register of Benchmark Administrators, created and maintained by The European Securities and Markets Authority according to article 36 of (EU) 2016/2011 (the Benchmark Regulation).
2) The CITA rate is delivered by Danish Financial Benchmark Facility, DFBF, (the ”Administrator”). The Administrator is included in ESMA’s register of Benchmark Administrators, created and maintained by The European Securities and Markets Authority according to article 36 of (EU) 2016/2011 (the Benchmark Regulation).
3) The EURIBOR rate is delivered by European Money Market Institute, EMMI, (the ”Administrator”). The Administrator is included in ESMA’s register of Benchmark Administrators, created and maintained by The European Securities and Markets Authority according to article 36 of (EU) 2016/2011 (the Benchmark Regulation).
4) The STIBOR rate is delivered by Swedish Financial Benchmark Facility, SFBF, (”Administrator”). At the date of these Final Terms, the Administrator is included in ESMA’s register of Benchmark Administrators, created and maintained by The European Securities and Markets Authority according to article 36 of (EU) 2016/2011 (the Benchmark Regulation).
5) The NIBOR rate is provided by Norske Finansielle Referanser AS (NoRe). At the date of these Final Terms NoRe is included in ESMA’s register of Benchmark Administrators, created and maintained by The European Securities and Markets Authority according to article 36 of (EU) 2016/2011 (the Benchmark Regulation).
